Positive: The whole property has been so well thought out for the perfect ski trip, from comfortable and well equipped apartments, the amazing location with the ability to ski back, personal ski lockers and boot warmers, an on site bakery and bagger storage and lockers if skiing on the last day.
Negative: For the price paid I would expect enough soap to be provided for each bathroom.

Positive: The apartment was really nice. It was always warm and we always had hot water. The beds were comfortable. The best thing was the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and outdoor hot tub. We used it every day and it was fantastic. The location of the hotel was ideal because it was a very short distance to the bottom of the ski lift and you could ski right back to the door. The ski room was excellent.

Positive: location is amazingly close to lifts and to restaurants and the shops, spacious apartments, could hire raclette machine from reception, beautiful pool and outdoor spa
Negative: staff were not very helpful with enquiries prior to arrival to help plan our stay (eg. about where we might be able to book a restaurant at Christmas... not easy for us to call lots of restaurants from Australia with a time difference). Also beware there is a significant cleaning fee - this was not listed on booking.com when we booked

Positive: location of apartment was very good short 30meter walk to the nearest drag lift. You can ski back to the the boot room door which is really good. Accomodation was immaculate, brilliant facilities loved the steam and sauna rooms much needed after a day on the slopes. kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hottub. Had a game of snooker a few times in the evenings which was in the reception foyer. Very handy having an on site bakery, very reasonable priced and tasty.
Negative: There wasn't anything in particular we didn't like. On site restaurant was nice good food but pricey and we were quite cold where we were sat.
Summary: Brilliant stay lovely location easy access to slopes will be booking next year.
